The location was great.

Rooftop view of cathedral and city is a nice spot in the morning. Great location to explore Centro historico from and so many food choices close by.

What a welcome with the sea shell of the Camino & Santiago de Compestella, Spain. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace at sunset or for taking a break. The towel artwork was a special touch. The room was the right size for 2. Very handy to Puebla's Zocalo. Staff were very.accomodating.

The hotel is in the centre of Puebla, with a view of the cathedral from the roof terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No frills bit comfortable room with good, large bathroom and a roof terrace on our floor that has spectacular views and would be great place to sit, read and eat on (get your food and come back). we saw the volcano in beautiful detail.

Closeness to restaurants zocalo and sceneries

Internet was unstable on/off which makes difficult to work at the hotel or coordinating meetings

The room was too small only one small bed smaller then a twin too small for 2 people when requested a bigger the price was more then double.

Great location next to the main square. Easy to get around puebla by foot. The staff were really attentive and the property in itself felt very safe to stay in. My room was amazing. Super spacious and very very clean. I really enjoyed the stay here.

The location, the staff who waited for us even though we arrived after midnight due to a 3h-delay from the bus due to traffic on the outskirts of Mexico DF (probably caused by an accident) Everything else was great, from the shower to the terrasse

The staff were so kind and helpful, they were the best part of my stay!

The location was remarkable, and the views from the rooftop was also great. The WiFi was super fast and I managed to organise the rest of my trip with that such a good connection

It is right in the center, super close to el Zocalo! The staff is super attentive, welcoming, and helpful! We love staying at this location, convenient and super great value!

The location is excellent, only about 20 steps to the Zocalo. The beds are firm but I slept well. Staff very attentive I would stay here again as long as the room had an outside facing window
